Refund & cancellation policy.

What this policy covers

Devzora LLC primarily offers custom website development and design services, not physical goods. Prices and work scope are agreed for each engagement. Review this policy and the written proposal before accepting an invoice or making a payment.

Cancelling before work starts

If you cancel a project before work begins, advance payments are refundable except for any third-party costs or commitments that you expressly approved as non-cancellable in writing. The final project agreement must specify any exceptions before payment.

Cancelling after work begins

If a project is cancelled after work begins, we calculate the amount attributable to work performed through the cancellation date plus approved, non-recoverable third-party costs, then refund any unused prepaid balance. Completed and accepted project milestones may not be refundable solely due to a change of mind, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.

Non-delivery or service concerns

If an agreed deliverable is not supplied or materially differs from the approved scope, contact us with the project reference and description of the issue. Depending on the facts and agreement, the appropriate resolution might include correction, completion, a proportionate refund, or another legally required remedy. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer or statutory rights.

How to request cancellation or a refund

Send an email to the business contact address shown on our Contact page, with your name, project reference, date of payment if applicable, requested outcome, and relevant information. Do not include a complete payment-card number.

We aim to acknowledge a request within 5 business days and provide an initial decision or ask follow-up questions within 10 business days. Once an eligible refund is approved, Devzora initiates it through the original payment method when supported; the time before funds appear depends on the payment provider and card issuer.

Project agreement controls

A signed project agreement may contain more specific cancellation, milestone, or refund provisions. These must be disclosed to the customer before payment and cannot override rights protected by applicable law.
