No physical shipping
Our custom website development and IT design services are delivered digitally. There are no parcels or physical shipping charges for these services unless a separate written agreement explicitly provides otherwise.
When delivery begins
No project begins automatically when a visitor submits an inquiry. Before work starts, both parties should agree in writing on the project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, estimated schedule, acceptance process, total fees, and any payment milestones. Any required deposit will be identified in that agreement.
Delivery timing
Timelines are project-specific; there is no universal delivery window. The approved proposal should identify the expected start date, key milestones, customer feedback windows, and targeted completion or handover date. Timing can change if requirements change, materials or approvals are delayed, or third-party dependencies affect delivery; material changes should be communicated.
Deliverables and handover
Depending on the accepted proposal, delivery may include design files, website source code, deployment to an agreed hosting environment, access instructions, or documentation. Files may be transferred through an agreed secure digital method. Domain registration, hosting subscriptions, maintenance, SEO services, and ongoing support are included only when expressly specified.
Reviews and acceptance
The proposal should specify review stages, included revisions, and acceptance requirements. Customers should review supplied work against the agreed scope and report issues using the project communication channel. Support or warranty commitments, if any, are defined in the project agreement.
Help with a delayed or missing delivery
If a milestone has passed without the agreed update or deliverable, please contact us with the project reference. We will investigate against the written proposal and discuss the next appropriate step. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund-related requests.
